Our History
Temisoft began in 1993 when Managing Director Kevork Temisgian set out to solve a recurring problem across service businesses: too many teams were trying to run their operations on generic, off-the-shelf software built for completely different industries. It might have looked affordable upfront, but it was often difficult to adapt, costly to maintain, and frustrating to keep updated as workflows changed. Service businesses were essentially being asked to “force-fit” their reality into tools that didn’t match how they worked.
So Temisoft took a different approach, building software around real operational workflows like scheduling, job management, dispatching, and coordinating jobs from start to finish. In 1994, that commitment became a major milestone with the development of ServicePRO, a purpose-built scheduling and operations solution designed specifically for service-based businesses.
As Temisoft grew, it continued doing what it has always done best: listening closely to the people using the software. A defining moment came at the AEPMA conference in Caloundra,2003. Kevork, between sessions at the sponsor booth was approached repeatedly by pest managers, especially smaller operators. They told him they loved what ServicePRO could do, but as a multi-user program, it was out of reach, and for many, simply more than they needed at that stage.
That feedback sparked the creation of EzySchedule and its reporting partner EZYReports a practical, on-the-job solution built for pocket-computer reporting, scheduling, job costing and quoting, and developed in consultation with small pest management companies.
Designed around what teams used daily, it included key functions like scheduling, dispatching, allocation, job sheets, billing and contact management, plus useful touches such as a reminder generator.
EZYReports added flexibility too, supporting different reporting styles rather than locking users into one format.
And as businesses grew, upgrading to ServicePRO/PLUS was designed to carry customer information, job histories and invoicing across smoothly.
Today, Temisoft remains proudly Sydney-based, supporting 500+ sites across Australia and internationally, still guided by the same goal it started with: delivering practical, reliable software built specifically for the service industry.
